KFL Player Safety Coach Program

Through KFL’s association with USA Football and the NFL Heads Up program, KFL utilizes a Player Safety Coach role.  The NFL Heads Up Football Player Safety Coach program provides a comprehensive solution for KFL to create a better, safer game. The NFL Heads Up Football educates coaches, parents, and players on three key elements to enhance player safety: Concussion Awareness and Management, Equipment Fitting and Heads Up Tackling.

The Player Safety Coach (PSC) is an individual who is nominated by the KFL board to oversee KFL’s implementation of Heads Up Football. This position is currently open. Please contact Todd Humphrey at 270-929-1236 if you are interested in serving in this position.
